# Strike System

You will be issued a strike if you fail to meet requirements or break a staff rule.

> **First strike**: A warning through the ModMail bot.
>
> **Second strike**: One-week probation from your position(s). 
>
> **Third strike**: Demotion.

Strikes will decay over three months if you show improvement unless the strike was for something severe.
