Strike System

You will be issued a strike if you fail to meet requirements or break a staff rule.

First strike: A warning through the ModMail bot.

Second strike: One-week probation from your position(s).

Third strike: Demotion.

Strikes will decay over three months if you show improvement unless the strike was for something severe.
