Timeouts

This takes away the user’s ability to talk and react to messages in all of the channels. This does not take away their ability to see the channels or contact our Support Bot.

❓How to issue a Timeout

1. Take a screenshot of the content in question.

2. Verify the rule break with one other moderator.

   • Ping @ ❰ Mod team ❱ in #🌊︲active-situations

   • You may continue without additional input if no one responds within 30 minutes.

3. Delete the content in question.

4. Go to ╭🎍・staff-commands and check the ID with the "whois" command.

5. Use the "mute" command to issue a Timeout.
